Rodney Doss, President of AvCert, is an expert advisor and consultant. Mr. Doss has been responsible for providing guidance to and producing Operating Procedures Manuals and Maintenance Procedures Manuals for private sector Air Operators and Air Agencies both Domestic and Foreign and several branches of the United States Government/Military. This includes the writing of comparative codification of the Operations Procedures Manual and Maintenance Procedures Manual for Air Force One as a subcontractor for Boeing Aerospace, Inc.

Mr. Doss is an expert in the field of Import/Export Certification of aircraft, aircraft parts and aircraft components. As a FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) , Mr. Doss frequently Exports/Imports aircraft, aerospace parts/components worldwide and has been doing so for over 14 years. AvCert provides multiple levels of support to the judicial system through Expert Witness services for FAA Regulation, Civil and Criminal cases. Additionally, AvCert provides support to aircraft accident investigations and accident reconstruction. Mr. Doss has been certified as an expert witnesses in federal and civil cases.
