AvCert provides multiple levels of support to the judicial system through Expert Witness services for FAA Regulation, Civil and Criminal cases. Additionally, AvCert provides support to aircraft accident investigations and accident reconstruction.

The president of AvCert, Rodney L. Doss, has been active in the aviation business for over 30 years and has achieved many FAA pilot and mechanic certifications. Mr. Doss’ philosophy in aviation is one of uncompromising standards: “Safety at all levels of operation and maintenance insures the integrity of the aviation industry for all.”

Additionally, AvCert provides support to aircraft accident investigations and accident reconstruction. Mr. Doss has been certified as an expert witness in federal and civil cases.
